Can the Shopify app be deployed on a staging or development environment before the production rollout?
Yes. If you have a staging or development store in Shopify, we can install the Shopify App/SDK there first and validate everything before rolling out to your production store.
Why is SDK installation required? Can't Cooee rely on Shopify, GA4, or existing analytics tools?
Shopify and GA4 tell you what happened — pageviews, purchases, sessions. Cooee needs to know what a specific user is doing right now, at the individual level, in real time.
GA4 and Shopify are reporting tools. Cooee is an engagement engine. The SDK is what bridges behavioural data collection and real-time campaign delivery — neither Shopify nor GA4 can do that.
