Does the SDK capture any Personally Identifiable Information (PII)?
Yes. For identified users, Cooee collects the following PII:
Name
Email address
Phone number
What specific customer, session, and behavioural data points are collected?
Customer — Name, email, phone, Shopify customer ID
Session — Device type, browser, OS, referrer, session duration
Behavioural — Page views (home, PDP, collection, etc.), cart drawer opens, campaign clicks, scroll depth, video events, add-to-cart, and more
Which data points are fetched from Shopify versus generated by Cooee?
From Shopify — CMS data (products, collections), video files (on customer action), customer information
From Cooee — Everything else, including all session and behavioural data points
How is collected data stored, encrypted, and secured?
All collected data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
