The Cooee connector lets you ask an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT questions about your store in plain language, for example "Which campaigns drove the most revenue last month?" or "Did variant B of my homepage test win?" The assistant reads your Cooee data and answers with numbers, tables and recommendations.
It uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for connecting AI assistants to business tools.
What you can do with it
Campaigns: rank campaigns by revenue, clicks or conversion, compare widget types and placements, and see daily trends.
Experiments: see each variant's conversion rate, revenue per visitor and lift over control, and whether the result is statistically significant.
Cooee's impact: compare visitors who saw Cooee with visitors held out of it, and see the extra revenue Cooee brought in.
Landing pages and funnels: find where high-intent visitors drop off, which pages and traffic sources convert, and how new and returning visitors differ.
Products: find products that are viewed a lot but rarely added to cart.
Store KPIs: revenue, orders and Cooee-attributed revenue over any period.
Good to know
Read-only. The assistant can read your data but cannot create, pause or change anything in Cooee or Shopify.
Your access, nothing more. You sign in with your Cooee dashboard account and see only the stores you already have access to.
Aggregated data only. Answers are built from totals, counts and rates. No shopper names, emails or individual orders are shared.
History starts on 17 June 2026 for campaign, product and visitor-behaviour reports.
