Data is key to understanding user behaviour and patterns, this needs to be facilitated by capturing user events on the app. Following is the list of some events that we recommend you implement with Cooee-predefined names and parameters. Once the Cooee platform receives these they are fed into our Machine Learning engine for hyper-personalization.
Please make sure to use the exact same name (case sensitive) of the event and event parameters as defined below. Based on your business vertical, we mandate different events for different business verticals. For example, Retail/eCommerce, Jobs/Education/Real estate.
